3. Description of service

Pinecurrent publishes a weekly newsletter and podcast for Saint-Laurent and the West Island, and sells three advertising placements as described on our services page: a Newsletter Sponsor Note, a Podcast Mention Package, and a Corridor Partnership.

4. Eligibility

Advertising placements are available to businesses and organizations with a genuine connection to the coverage area. You are responsible for the accuracy of any material you supply for a placement.

5. Bookings & payment

Bookings are confirmed in writing once payment is arranged. Full pricing is set out on our services page and does not change once confirmed. 6. Intellectual property

All Site content, the Pinecurrent name and logo are the property of VALNET INC. or its licensors. You retain ownership of material you supply for your own placement.

7. Acceptable use

You may not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material for a placement, or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation.

8. Disclaimer

General information. Content on this Site is provided by VALNET INC. for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional or financial advice.

Accuracy & availability. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but placements, prices and availability may change, and final scope is confirmed at booking.

Results. Advertising reach and reporting figures reflect activity we measure; we do not guarantee any particular business outcome from a placement.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, VALNET INC.'s liability arising from use of the Site or a placement does not exceed the amount paid for that placement.

9. Payment & Refund Policy

This section summarizes our refund policy; the full policy is at Payment & refund policy. In short: a placement cancelled before creative work has begun is eligible for a full refund; once your note or script has been approved and scheduled, refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled edition, episode or partnership start. Requests are made via [email protected] or by phone, and eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

10. Returns Policy

This section summarizes our cancellation policy; the full policy is at Payment & refund policy. You may cancel a booked placement by emailing [email protected] or calling us during our working hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 Eastern Time. If we are unable to run a placement as scheduled for reasons on our side, we offer a full refund or a rebooked slot at no extra cost.

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
